Frequently Asked Questions About QQI Coursework Support

Send us your brief through the submission form, by email, or on WhatsApp. Include the module, the type of work and your deadline. We read it, come back within about ten minutes with a quote, and nothing moves forward until you say yes.

No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation attached to one. You will see the exact price, the delivery date and what is included before any payment is discussed.

The assignment brief itself is the single most useful thing. After that, the marking sheet or assessment criteria, any notes your tutor gave you, your word count and your deadline. The more we have, the more accurate the quote and the closer the work will be to what your assessor expects.

Yes. Once your specialist is assigned you can send questions, extra notes or files at any point, and they will come back to you directly. Most learners send at least one clarification partway through.

Ask away. Plenty of learners message us with a question about a deadline or a module and never order anything, which is completely fine. Use the contact page and nobody will chase you afterwards.

Yes, we work with learners in every county. We are remote-first, so a learner in Donegal or Kerry gets the same response times as one in Dublin. If you are Dublin-based, our Dublin page has more local detail.

Price depends on the level, the word count, how much research is involved and how long you are giving us. Short Level 5 assignments start lower than full major award components or Level 6 supervisory work. Every quote is worked out for your specific brief rather than taken from a fixed list.

Because briefs differ even inside the same module. A ten-page reflective piece and a short report on the same learning outcomes are not the same job. Deadline matters too, as work needed in twenty-four hours costs more than the same work with two weeks on it.

Yes. Learners doing several modules across a term usually get a better rate than someone ordering one piece in isolation, and it also means the same specialist stays with you throughout. Mention everything you have coming up when you send your first brief.

For larger pieces of work we can usually split payment across stages rather than asking for everything upfront. Ask when you receive your quote and we will set it out for you.

No. The quoted price is the price. Revisions are included, and we do not add fees for formatting, referencing or a plagiarism report at the end.

If we cannot deliver what was agreed, yes. In practice most issues are resolved through a revision, which is included and usually turned around the same day. Full detail is in our terms and conditions.

No. Every piece is written by a person from start to finish. We put this in writing in 2023 while much of the market went the other way, because generated text reads flat, gets details wrong, and increasingly gets flagged by colleges.

Everything is written from scratch against your specific brief, never assembled from a bank of previous work. We run a plagiarism check before delivery and include the report with your files at no extra cost.

A specialist from your subject area, matched to your assessment format. A care skills demonstration goes to someone with a healthcare background who has written up skills demonstrations before, not to a general essay writer. You can read more about the team on our about page.

Like a learner at your level. We deliberately avoid over-polished academic prose, because work that reads far above your usual standard raises questions with an assessor. If you send a previous piece of your own writing, we can match your tone more closely.

Tell us what is wrong and we revise it. Revisions are included rather than charged for, and most are returned the same day. It helps enormously if you point at the specific section rather than saying the whole thing is off.

Never. Every piece is written once, delivered to one learner, and is not resold, published or reused in any form. This is also why we cannot send you samples of real learner work.

Across Level 5 and Level 6 you will meet a fairly fixed set: the Assignment, the Project, the Skills Demonstration, the Learner Record, the Collection of Work, the Examination (theory, practical, oral or interview) and, on some modules, a Case Study. Most modules combine two or three of these rather than using just one.

Most Level 5 modules are assessed through two or three components. A very common pattern is Assignment 1 plus Assignment 2, or one assignment paired with a skills demonstration and a learner record. Your own brief is the authority here, because the split varies between modules and between providers.

As a rule, Assignment 1 tests underpinning knowledge — definitions, legislation, theory and background. Assignment 2 then asks you to apply that knowledge to a real or realistic situation, often drawing on your placement or workplace. That is why learners who score well on Assignment 1 sometimes struggle with Assignment 2: it is a different kind of thinking, not just more of the same.

Yes, and this is a very common request. Send us your Assignment 1 along with the new brief so the writing style, terminology and any workplace examples stay consistent between the two. An assessor reading both back to back will notice if they sound like different people.

Yes, and it usually works out better. The same specialist handles both, so Assignment 2 builds properly on Assignment 1 instead of repeating it or contradicting it. Ordering the pair together is also normally cheaper than two separate briefs.

Yes. A project is an extended, self-directed piece of work with a research element, so it needs planning before writing — aim, method, findings, conclusion. Send the brief early if you can, because projects reward the time spent structuring them at the start.

Collection of Work is exactly what the name suggests: several smaller tasks gathered under one submission and marked together. We help you check each task against its outcome, spot the ones that are thin, and pull the whole collection into a consistent standard.

Yes. Case studies come up constantly in care, healthcare and childcare modules. We work from the scenario in your brief, or from a real situation you describe with identifying details removed, and structure it as background, analysis, intervention and reflection.

Not by sitting them — we will not pretend otherwise. What we can do is prepare you: revision notes built from your module descriptor, practice questions in the format your exam uses, and model answers showing the depth an examiner expects. This applies to theory, practical, oral and interview exams alike.

Weightings vary by module. It is common for a single assignment to carry anywhere from 20% to 60% of the overall mark, with the rest split across a skills demonstration, learner record or exam. The exact percentages are printed on your brief or module descriptor — always work from that rather than what a classmate tells you.

That is normal at Level 5 and Level 6, and it is where most marks are lost. Each outcome is effectively a question you must answer somewhere in the piece. We map your brief outcome by outcome first, so nothing is left uncovered and nothing is written that the brief never asked for.

Mainly Level 5 and Level 6, which is where the vast majority of further education learners sit. See Level 5 and Level 6 for what each involves. We also take Level 4 work when it comes up.

Level 5 is largely about demonstrating that you can apply what you have learned. Level 6 expects analysis, evaluation and, in supervisory modules, judgement about how you would handle a situation. A Level 6 piece written at Level 5 depth is the most common reason for a poor mark.

Yes, this is our strongest area. We cover Care Skills 5N2770, Care Support 5N0758, the full Healthcare Support major award and Special Needs Assisting 5N1786.

Yes, at both Level 5 and Level 6. Observations, child development pieces and setting-based reflections are all covered on our childcare and early learning page.

Covered. Communications 5N0690, Safety and Health at Work 5N1794 and Personal and Professional Development 5N1395 come up on almost every programme, so we work on them constantly.

Usually yes. The listed pages are our busiest modules, not our full range. Send the brief through and we will tell you honestly whether we have the right specialist free — and if we do not, we will say so rather than take the work anyway.

Yes, and it works better that way. When we handle several components you get the same specialist throughout, your writing stays consistent across the award, and you usually pay less than ordering piece by piece.

Yes, though they come up far less often. Level 3 and Level 4 assignments are shorter and more descriptive, so they usually need less turnaround time and cost less. Send the brief and we will quote it the same way as any other.

Your brief sets the word count and it should always win. Where no count is given, Level 5 assignments commonly land between 1,000 and 2,500 words per component, and Level 6 pieces run longer because of the analysis expected. Padding to hit a number costs marks, so we write to the outcomes rather than to a target.

The module descriptor and learning outcomes are national, but how each ETB or college words its briefs, formats submissions and weights components does differ. This is exactly why we ask for your own brief rather than working from a generic version of the module.

Yes. Proofreading, restructuring, referencing and filling gaps against the marking criteria are all common requests. Send us what you have plus the brief and we will tell you whether editing is enough or whether a section genuinely needs rewriting.

Yes, and it is one of our most requested pieces of work. We map your evidence against the learning outcomes first, show you where the gaps are, then help with the write-up. Full detail on our learner record and portfolio page.

We cannot perform it for you, and we would not claim to. What we help with is the preparation, understanding what the assessor is looking for, organising your evidence, and the write-up afterwards. See our skills demonstration page.

This is Work Experience 5N1356 for most learners. We ask you structured questions about your placement and build the diary and reflection from your own answers, so it stays genuinely yours.

Yes, and this is often the most useful part of the whole process. We read your brief and assessment criteria and give you a plain list of what is required, what you already have, and what you still need to gather yourself.

Yes. Reflective pieces are the ones learners struggle with most, because describing what happened is not the same as reflecting on it. We work from your real experiences and shape them into proper reflection rather than a list of tasks.

Standard turnaround is three to five days, which suits most briefs. Shorter windows are possible depending on the length and the module — see our urgent help page for what is realistic when a deadline is close.

Message us and find out. We will tell you straight away whether it can be done properly in the time available. If it cannot, we will say so rather than take your money and deliver something rushed.

Yes, because they mean rearranging a specialist’s schedule at short notice. The increase is proportionate to how tight the deadline is, and you will see the exact figure in your quote before committing to anything.

The writing standard does not change, but the amount of back and forth does. On a very tight deadline there is less room for you to review a draft and request changes, which is why we always recommend building in a day if you possibly can.

Just tell us. If it moves later, no problem at all. If it moves earlier, message us as soon as you know and we will tell you whether the new date is workable.

No. Your details are seen only by the specialist assigned to you and the person managing your request. We never contact your college, never share learner information with third parties, and never publish work we have been sent. See our privacy policy for specifics.

No. We are an independent academic support service with no connection to Quality and Qualifications Ireland or to any further education institution. We know the frameworks well because we have worked within them since 2015.

Every institution sets its own academic integrity rules, and it is your responsibility to work within your college’s policy. We provide model work, guidance and structural support for reference and study, which is set out in full in our terms and conditions.

Support is open 24/7. Weekday replies land in about ten minutes, weekends in about half an hour, and overnight messages are answered first thing. Deadline week is exactly when learners need us, so we staff for it.

WhatsApp, particularly late at night. Email is better when you need to send several files. Both, plus a message form, are on the contact page.
