1.About these terms
These terms form a legal agreement between you and [YOUR REGISTERED NAME], trading as QQIAssignments.com. They apply whenever you browse this website, request a quote or place an order. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date you place your order.
2.Definitions
3.Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By placing an order you confirm both. You also confirm that the information you give us โ including your module, level and deadline โ is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
4.What our service is, and what it is not
This section matters more than any other, so we have kept it blunt.
We provide academic writing assistance, model answers, structural guidance and reference material for educational and research purposes. What we deliver is intended to be used as a study aid, a worked example, or a model for understanding how a brief should be approached.
We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI), any Education and Training Board, or any further education provider. References to QQI levels and module codes on this site are descriptive only.
5.Quotes and placing an order
- You send us your brief through the submission form, by email or on WhatsApp.
- We review it and send you a quote setting out the price, the delivery date and what is included. Quotes are free and carry no obligation.
- A quote is valid for 48 hours, after which availability and price may change.
- The order begins when you accept the quote and payment (or the agreed first instalment) is received.
We may decline an order. The usual reasons are that we do not have a suitable specialist available for your deadline, the brief falls outside the areas we cover, or the request would involve something we do not do โ such as sitting an examination on your behalf.
6.Payment
Prices are quoted in euro and are specific to your brief. Payment is made through our payment provider; we do not see or store your card details. For larger pieces of work we can usually split payment across agreed stages.
The quoted figure is the full price. We do not add later charges for formatting, referencing, a plagiarism report or standard revisions.
7.Delivery
We deliver by email, or through whichever channel you have been using with us, on or before the agreed date. Delivery dates are calculated in Irish time.
If something outside our control threatens a deadline, we will tell you as soon as we know rather than at the last moment, and we will agree a way forward with you.
8.Your responsibilities
- Give us the brief, marking criteria and any provider-specific formatting requirements up front.
- Tell us promptly if your deadline, word count or instructions change.
- Respond to questions from your specialist within a reasonable time, particularly on short deadlines.
- Check the delivered work on arrival and raise anything that needs revising within the revision window.
- Use what we provide in line with your institutionโs academic integrity policy.
Where a deadline is missed because required information was not supplied, or because we could not reach you, we cannot be held responsible for the delay.
9.Revisions
Revisions are included with every order and are governed by our Revision Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: if the delivered work does not match the brief you supplied, we fix it at no charge within the revision window.
10.Refunds and cancellations
11.Originality and our AI policy
All work is written by a person, from scratch, against your brief. We do not use generative AI tools to produce learner work, and we do not resell or reuse work between learners. Every piece is checked for originality before delivery and the report is supplied with your files.
We cannot control what happens to work after delivery, and we are not responsible for any consequence arising from how it is subsequently used.
12.Intellectual property
The content, design, code and branding of this website belong to us and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Ownership of work produced for you transfers to you on full payment. We keep an archive copy for the retention period set out in our Privacy Policy so that we can handle revisions and disputes, and for no other purpose.
13.Confidentiality
We treat your identity, your brief and your files as confidential. Access is limited to your assigned specialist and the person managing your request, each working under a written confidentiality agreement. We do not contact your institution and we do not publish learner work.
14.Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded โ including your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law.
Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for grades awarded, for decisions taken by your institution, or for any consequence of the work being used in a way that breaches your institutionโs policies.
15.Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the service where these terms are breached, where a request would involve unlawful activity, or where a member of our team is subjected to abusive behaviour. Where an order is cancelled by us other than for breach, any amount paid for work not completed is refunded.
16.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
