Revision Policy

1.What counts as a revision

A revision is any correction that brings the delivered work back in line with the brief and marking criteria you supplied at the start. If we have missed something you asked for, misread a requirement, or covered a learning outcome too thinly, that is on us and we fix it free of charge.

Typical revision requests we handle every week:

• A learning outcome from your brief that has not been fully addressed.
• A section that is shorter or longer than the word allocation you specified.
• Referencing style corrections, or missing citations.
• Formatting that does not match your provider’s template.
• Tone or register that sits above or below the level you are studying.
• A practical example that does not fit your placement or workplace.
• Tutor feedback asking for a specific change on a resubmission.

2.What is included free

We do not put a number cap on revisions because most orders need none and the ones that do usually need one. If a piece were to require repeated revisions, that points to a problem on our side and we would look at it as a quality issue rather than counting requests.

3.How long you have

The longer window on resubmissions exists because feedback often takes weeks to come back, and a 14-day window would have closed before you ever saw it. If your provider is slower than 30 days, tell us and we will extend it rather than turn you away.

4.How to request one

1. Reply to your delivery email, or message us on WhatsApp using the same thread.
2. Point at the specific section rather than saying the whole piece is off. "Section 3 does not cover outcome 4" gets a far faster fix than "this is not what I wanted".
3. Attach any tutor feedback you have received.
4. Tell us your new deadline if there is one.

Your request goes back to the specialist who wrote the original piece. You will not have to explain your module or your placement again.

5.How quickly we turn them around

If your deadline is inside 24 hours when you request the revision, say so in your first message. We can usually move things around, but only if we know.

6.What is not a revision

The line is simple: a revision corrects work against the original brief. A change to the brief itself is new work.

When a request falls on the new-order side of that line, we will tell you before doing anything and quote you for it. You will never be charged without agreeing to it first, and where a request is borderline we will treat it as a revision.

7.Full rewrites

Occasionally a piece misses the mark badly enough that patching it is the wrong answer. Where that is our fault — we misunderstood the brief, or assigned a specialist without the right subject background — we rewrite it from scratch at no charge, and normally with a different specialist.

Ask for a rewrite and explain what went wrong. We would rather do the work twice than have you submit something you have no confidence in.

8.When a revision is not the answer

If we cannot bring the work in line with your brief through revision, a refund applies under our Terms and Conditions. That is rare, and we would rather fix a piece than refund it, but the option is there and we will not make you fight for it.

Note that revisions cannot be requested on the basis of a grade received. Marking is your assessor’s judgement, and no service can guarantee an outcome. What we can do is work through the feedback with you on a resubmission, which is covered by the 30-day window above.
