Our Journey

How We Grew From Two Tutors to a Full Team

We did not launch with a marketing budget. We grew one learner at a time, and every stage below came from something a learner asked us for.

2015
Where it started
Two tutors in Dublin began helping evening-course learners make sense of their FETAC briefs. Word spread through a single classroom, then through a whole college.
2017
Into care and childcare
Learners on healthcare and early learning programmes came to us with skills demonstrations and reflective work. We brought in specialists from those fields rather than guessing our way through them.
2019
A proper review process
Portfolios and learner records kept coming back with the same gaps, so we built a structured review stage — outcomes checked first, evidence mapped, then the write-up. It is still how we work today.
2021
Round-the-clock support
Our learners were messaging at midnight after shifts, so we stopped pretending office hours worked for them. The team grew past twenty specialists and support went 24/7.
2023
Our no-AI commitment
